Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded. All sales are final.

All MotoTemplates products are digital downloads and, as such, are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes:

We do not offer refunds on gift cards or custom file modifications, unless there is a technical fault on our side.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Digital content is exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period once the download has started, as per consumer protection regulations. By purchasing a digital item from our store, you consent to waive this right in order to access your files immediately.
💳 Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is granted due to a specific issue (e.g., corrupted or wrong file), we will process it to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
